Do I need to be home during the detail?
No, you do not need to be home or present during the detailing service. Express Detail is a fully mobile service—we come directly to your location (home driveway, office parking lot, condo visitor spot, etc.) with all our own equipment, water, power, and supplies. As long as we've confirmed the appointment time and location with you in advance (via text/call/email), Joe can complete the full detail while you're away at work or running errands. Many customers prefer this for convenience! Just ensure safe access to your vehicle (e.g., unlocked if gated, or keys left in a secure spot if needed—we'll coordinate that during booking).
